We value your comfort, privacy and well-being and will do all we can for our members to experience exceptional hospitality. The ways of The Wilde are here to keep things smooth and fun, helping everyone enjoy their time while staying on the same page. Just a few simple guidelines to keep everything running effortlessly.

LIGHTS, CAMERAS, ACTION

We pride ourselves on our discretion and privacy; The Wilde is a place to relax and let your hair down without judgement. We ask that you don’t take photographs; if it’s a special occasion, please make sure they are only of your group and don’t capture any of your fellow members or their guests.

SMALLER VISITORS

​Unfortunately, we aren’t able to allow children in the club during the week - or after 8pm at the weekend. But when they are with us, we can assure you we’ll will look after them like they were our own. Let us know when they’ll be joining you and we’ll go out of our way to make their visit extra fun. If it’s a special occasion, we’ll be happy to welcome them in our private dining rooms.

FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS​

During the day, small dogs are welcome to join us in the garden or in the Club Room and we’ll have the biscuits and water bowls ready; please help us by keeping them off the furniture. Given the nature of evenings at The Wilde, they’ll be happier left at home after 6pm. ​

PRONTO!

Telephone calls are inevitable, but we request that you take or make these in the vestibules (no speakerphone, please) to avoid disturbing your fellow members. Laptops and papers should be put away from 6pm so that everybody can relax and fully enjoy their evenings at The Wilde. 

GUESTS

You are welcome to bring up to three guests for drinks or as many guests as you have a dining reservation for. If you wish to bring more people, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Where possible, we ask that your group be mixed, as large single-gender groups can sometimes negatively impact the atmosphere. ​

GOT A LIGHT?

You can comfortably enjoy cigarettes and vapes outside in the garden or on the rooftop and terraces; smoking is strictly prohibited indoors other than in our dedicated cigar room, Arturo’s.

DRESSING UP

A smart and elegant dress code is in effect at The Wilde – there’s more on this in our full club rules which you’ll find at the bottom of our website homepage. We’ll leave it to your good judgment. We do ask that when dining in AVA in the evenings, gentlemen wear a jacket and women dress elegantly. During fashion week, anything goes. It is Milan after all! 

TRAVELLING LIGHT

We have taken a lot of care to design a beautiful clubhouse for you to enjoy – please check all large bags, coats and bulky items into the ground floor cloakroom without exception to help us keep the club looking fabulous.
